Traffic analytics privacy

We measure page views and general activity to understand which performances and pages people enjoy and improve this website and its installed web app.

Reports include the page visited, approximate country, device category, browser and operating system, referring website domain, campaign source, whether the site opened as an installed app, and time a page was visible. They also count gallery interactions and outgoing link clicks. We do not record photo titles, full referring links, search terms, form contents, names, email addresses, or precise location in these traffic reports.

An anonymous session identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage. It resets after a 30-minute gap or a new day and is not used to identify you across devices. No analytics cookies are used. Traffic data is stored with our website database provider, Supabase, and reports are restricted to the website administrator.

IP addresses are not stored in our analytics database. The website hosting service still processes network requests, and this website temporarily uses a daily hash in server memory to limit abusive traffic. Country estimates come from the hosting service and can be inaccurate.

We skip analytics collection when your browser requests Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and for signed-in website users. Browser privacy tools may also block collection. The dashboard therefore shows estimates, not a complete count of people.

This explains our traffic measurements. Embedded YouTube videos and external services have their own privacy practices.
